Do you care for someone who couldn’t manage without you? Would you like some time for yourself to express your creativity through movement? We are offering a 6 week programme of creative dance for unpaid carers, and you are welcome to bring your cared for person along with you. The sessions will be suitable for all abilities and will be relaxed and fun!
