Zest Active Arts
Zest is a partnership of organisations, including Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, Wellmoor and independent movement professionals; Clare Parker and Rosie Allen-Perdikeas who have extensive training and experience in delivering movement and music for residents and staff in care settings.
The aim of the project is to make an online portal to increase activity levels of care home residents through engaging digital movement and music content, encouraging residents to move more through movement content, to spend quality time together and to explore the arts.
So far the website has been trialled in 22 care homes across the UK, including Coppelia House in Moretonhampstead. Zest has changed to a subscription model, and has a brand new website, have a browse here: https://zestactivearts.org
