Supporting Unpaid Carers
Thanks to funding distributed by Devon County Council, Devon Digital Carers have provided us with a fantastic library of free videos designed to help support unpaid carers at home.

The videos have all been approved by healthcare professionals. They cover a huge range of health conditions and offer advice about preparing for visits to GPs and hospitals. You can find information about fall prevention, allergies, diabetes, epilepsy, dementia, autism, exercise and pain management, amongst many other things.
There’s also advice about self-care: as a carer it’s important to make sure you’re looked after too.
